Grammy Winners 2011 Complete List: NEW YORK There were several upsets on Sunday's Grammy Awards. Rockers Arcade Fire took it to  Katy Perry, Lady Gaga, Lady Antebellum and Eminem for "Album of the Year." And "Best New Artist" winner Esperanza Spalding topped the favored Justin Bieber along with Florence and the Machine, Drake and Mumford & Sons.
